Here is the Upper Body workout I promised I would give to you guys:
I do a ten minute run to warm up before hand (I run between 5.5 and 7.5)
I break it down into Back/chest/triceps/biceps/abs/shoulders
Back:
Pullups 3 sets of 10-15
wide-grip Lat pull down 3 sets of 10-15
Bent over barbell Row 3 sets of 10-15
Biceps:
Hammer Curls 3 sets of 10-15
dumbbell Bicep curls 3 sets of 10-15
Chest:
Inclined dumbell press 3 sets for 10-15
Triceps:
Tricep dumbbell kickback 3 sets of 10-12
Shoulders:
Front dumbbell Raises 3 sets of 10-15
Abs:
Crunches on Ball 2 sets of 50
Air bike 3 sets of 20
What I do when I don't know how to properly do an exercise I youtube it. I would certainly recommend to look up videos on how to do all of these before doing them.
This workout takes me about an hour with breaks in between each set.
PS I have no idea why my blog blanks out some of the stuff i write on here. I will try to correct it asap!! grrrr

"Too Close too...Cheat"
With only five weeks away until the wedding I have started to finally take thing more seriously. There is no way now I can afford to even cheat a tiny bit (like a teeny tiny bowl of ice-cream) nope, no way. I try to eat every three hours. I eat chicken breast two meals a day. I eat egg whites, lots and lots of green beans. I try to have zero sugar. I have whole grains in the mornings and lunch. Tuna is a good one. and I will allow myself one medium coffee a day. oh and I forgot to mention salads. Following this diet for just two weeks and sticking to my workout routine I have lost 3 lbs...shooting me past my plateau weight :) so, hopefully things will start working out now :) (no pun intended)

Four Week Workout Routine
Here is the what I will be doing for the next four weeks:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: Bodypump class (strength training mixed with a bit of cardio) 1hr
30 minutes of any other type of cardio (running, cleaning)
Then I also add on whatever day I am at in my 7 day bootcamp workout (helps me push past the plateau weight I'm at)
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays: Pilates for 30mins (I'm still using this video), 7 km run (I do this bridges outside), also the video that goes along with the 7 day bootcamp workout.
Sundays: Rest day
Hopefully with this weekly routine I will start to see some results! I will keep you posted.
xx
